GAIAM YOGA MAT LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Thank you for your yoga mat purchase! Yoga is a lifetime pursuit, and at Gaiam, we believe our mats should go the distance. We are proud to stand behind (and on) our mats, and want to make sure you are too.

If at any time in the future, you believe your Gaiam yoga mat is defective, you may submit a claim for a replacement mat by emailing us at customerservice@gaiameurope.se. Do NOT return your mat to the store where it was purchased. Retail stores are NOT authorized to provide service under this Lifetime Guarantee.

Terms & Conditions of the Lifetime Guarantee:

  1. Determination of Replacement Yoga Mat: When filling a claim, you must choose the same mat you purchased. If the mat you purchased is not available (e.g., out of stock, distcontinued item), a substitution will be made at Gaiam’s discretion for a yoga mat with comparable performance, appearance and value.
  2. Scope of Lifetime Guarantee — Manufacturing Defects: This Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects only (including any defect in materials workmanship). Gaiam has the sole discretion to determine manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this Lifetime Guarantee. Loss or theft of a Gaiam yoga mat is not covered by this Lifetime Guarantee. This Lifetime Guarantee applies to all types of defects or failure during standard use.
  3. Covered Individual: This Lifetime Guarantee extends only to you, the original purchaser of a Gaiam mat.
  4. Duration of Lifetime Guarantee: This Lifetime Guarantee lasts for the life of your Gaiam mat.
  5. Geographic Limitations: This Lifetime Guarantee applies only to purchasers of Gaiam yoga mats who are residents within EU. Please note when filling the claim your living adress and also where (at what store) your yoga mat was purchased.
  6. Replacement as Sole Remedy: The sole remedy under this Lifetime Guarantee is replacement of the covered Gaiam yoga mat with an identical or comparable yoga mat, at the election of Gaiam. Gaiam is NOT liable for any other remedy (such as cash refund) or for any damages, whether actual, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, resulting from the use or misuse of this product. All replacement are final and have no cash value.
  7. Reproduction of Customer Communications: Gaiam reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter, email, photograph, and/or other communication recieved by Gaiam in connection with this Lifetime Guarantee in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any such letter, email, photograph and/or other communication as part of a claim will constitute a license authorizing Gaiam to use and reproduce all or any portion of those materials in connection with its business.
  8. Other: Any missing, incomplete, or incorrect data entered by the consumer is not the responsibility of Gaiam. Please make sure it is a Gaiam yoga mat by looking for the Gaiam name or logo. Non-Gaiam mats are not covered by this Lifetime Guarantee, and will not eligible for replacement.
